Build the strategy. Build the system. Stay long enough to make it work.
Paul spent 20 years at Verizon, starting at a mall kiosk in Spokane and rising to Associate Vice President of Solutions Architecture for National Technical Sales. He led more than 450 people across technical sales and customer success, with turnaround leadership spanning four major markets.
Today, Paul is Chief Strategy Officer at Netcom through Takisaki Strategy. He leads AI strategy, deployed a fleet of specialized agents, and built an AI-enabled marketing pipeline.
Separately, he created a 3D bid-visualization workflow that helped a client win a major deal.
He also operates the products inside Takisaki Strategy, including CredibilityOS, MeritPlaybook, and TheFinalsLoadout. The portfolio keeps the advice honest: positioning, acquisition, product decisions, and operating systems are tested in the market.
